Opened a bottle of the newest release of T-Vine’s Grenache – 2005 vintage last night with dinner. A nice style Grenache not lacking in flavors – actually quite bold, but not over the top. The flavors of fruit with were up-front with light tannins on the mid-palate balanced with slight acidity leads to a long and delightful finish. Drank with homemade butternut squash soup spiced with anise. Flavors complimented eachother.
